Whats happening???

Okayy...Apparently i don't know what is happening to blogger.
That whole bar of stuffs that i need to use is gone...
I CAN'T UPLOAD PHOTOS LIKE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!
Omg.....whoever's using blogger please tell me how to upload photos cos something's wrong with my blog.
AND....im really a noob. That's just too bad.
